“Yesterday I attended an amazing @femalefoundersrise networking event, organised by the quite marvellous @emmiefaust. I met so many inspiring female founders and had so many interesting conversations."

It prompted me to reflect on why networking is so empowering?


♡ Relationship building, which can lead to collaborations, partnerships, and new business opportunities.


♡ Personal growth, gaining feedback, peer endorsement and guidance.


♡ Providing access to resources, mentors, coaching, funding.


♡ Market intelligence, finding out about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.


My conclusion is that networking with women in business, is absolutely essential for me and my business, and it was a great excuse to wear fabulous shoes!
